CODE OF ETHICS:

The messenger, courier, and logistical industry is an important profession which has vital impact on the local, state, and national economy.  As members of this profession, we are expected to exhibit the highest standards of honesty and integrity. We must be dedicated to the protection of the traveling public, employees, independent contractors, and our clients.  In the fulfillment of our professional duties, we agree to:
1.   Express clearly and truthfully our commitments to our customers, our employees, and our independent contractors. 
2.   Hold paramount the safety, health, and welfare of the public, our employees, and our independent contactors. 
3.   Maintain a high standard of performance and perform services only in areas of competence.
4.   Maintain sufficient security of all shipments.
5.   Compete vigorously, but not unfairly, with other members.
6.   Honor all valid and lawful contracts with other members, our employees, independent contractors, and our clients. 
7.   Maintain the confidentiality of propriety information received and not induce employees or independent contractors to violate confidentiality agreements. 
8.   To adhere to all federal, state and local laws affecting our business operations.
9.   Maintain adequate insurance coverage to protect our clients, our employees, and our contractors.
10. Avoid deceptive acts. 
11. Conduct ourselves honorably, responsibly, ethically, and lawfully so as to enhance the honor, reputation, and usefulness of the messengers, couriers, and transportation industry.
