| Courier and Logistics industry. Formed in 2006, TCLA has diligenltly pushed to work with |
| government, business and people engaged in the Courier and Logistic industry in the State of |
| Texas. |

| The TCLA is breed by a group of Texas based courier owners who form the board of |
| directors. Through our officers, members and vendors, the TCLA works to improve the |
| industry with an annual conference, member-driven committees and regular motives to ensure |
| ethical and fairness among in the industry. |
